LEGAL INTERNSHIPS

TALA accepts applications for unpaid legal internships for the fall, spring, and summer semesters. TALA does not accept student volunteers. Applicants must be at least 2Ls and have an arts-related or nonprofit background.

If you are interested in receiving credit for the Pro Bono Honors Program at your school, you must apply as an intern, and rather than receive class credit, you will receive pro bono hours.

If you are interested in receiving class credit for your internship, it is your responsibility to ensure that all of the requirements for your school are met.

A TERM OF ART

A Term of Art is an eight-week summer internship program for high school art students entering their junior and senior years. Each intern is placed in a Houston-area arts organization such as DiverseWorks, The Menil Collection, and Houston MediaSource. Students get first-hand exposure to both the administrative/business and artistic elements of these organizations.

TALA is an equal opportunity employer.
