• You can also download the TALA publication "Establishing a Tax Exempt Organization in Texas" from the publications page or request a hard copy from the TALA office

• After you have informed yourself about what will be required of 501(c)(3) organizations, you may begin the process through TALA by becoming a member and completing the Request for Nonprofit Incorporation form.
