Thank you to our volunteers at the Menil Community Arts Festival!
A huge THANK YOU to those who volunteered with TALA at the information booth for the Menil Community Arts Festival on Saturday, March 13th.  The festival was a great success with beautiful weather, record attendance and great programming provided by the participating organizations.  More thanks are due to the sponsors of the festival and to the staff of Aurora Picture show for doing much of the legwork for the event.

Please visit menilcommunityartsfestival.org for more information about this year’s festival.

Thank you to our volunteers at the Bayou City Arts Festival!
Another giant THANK YOU to those who volunteered on behalf of TALA at the Bayou City Arts Festival: Memorial Park.  TALA participates as a nonprofit partner with the organizers of the festival and this year our volunteers manned the merchandise booths at the festival.

TALA is participating as a nonprofit partner with the Art Colony Association for the Memorial Park Bayou City Arts Festival.  The festival features 300 juried artists in an outdoor gallery, plus an area for children’s activities, restaurants, wine bars, and a performing arts stage.  The festival will be held this year on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, March 26, 27, and 28, 2010.
