Board Development: Rightsizing Your Board/Fundraising: Are You Leaving Money on the Table?, Wednesday, July 28th, 2010
Designed for non-profits large and small, this informative and inspired seminar will focus on two key components important to the success of all non-profits: Board Development and Fundraising! Hosted by Mary Remar, this seminar will address ways to bring your board into focus on their primary responsibilities (engaging the community, leading and governing a thriving organization, and ultimately, raising funds), and will take the opportunity to explore fundraising options your organization may be missing out on.

Mary Remar is principle consultant at her firm Hillhouse Consulting. She also currently acts as CEO for Healing Out Loud in Houston and has herself served on several boards both in governance and executive roles. In Houston, she has worked with nonprofits in the arts, education, health care and international services sectors. Mary is a strategist, concerned that all the parts of an organization are well and functioning. Organizational shifts and changes are her specialty!
